Hi Edwin, yes we fixed this one and some other minor typos. I thought we had "got them all" but after uploading the latest version have, like you, found some more. Very annoying! We'll sort these out in the next update...

Hi Edwin, thanks for the feedback! Changing the default media player seems to have fixed the issue. During checks on a Samsung S3 I did get a couple of random stoppages when playing very, very long word lists (e.g. Nouns / Play All) but think that may be related to internal memory management issues. Tapping Pause / Play restarted the audio quickly.

Hi, the coding team think that conversion for use on a tablet should be relatively straightforward, for Android at least. We'll investigate further and provide an update asap.

Hi Edwin, the coding team think that the tap bac-and-forth mode might not be too difficult to implement though it is not clear whether it is either/or with swipe mode. I don't expect that we'll make a change prior to fixing the Audio-mode hang-up issue but will definitely log it for future consideration.

It would be great if you are able download this test version and open it to test the update. A few comments:

• We've used a very early version of the app as a test-bed so it looks pretty ordinary
• In this early version, the app turns off every time the screen goes into power saver mode (i.e. goes black) so to keep it playing, you just need to touch the screen somewhere whenever it dims slightly (which occurs a couple of seconds before it shuts down)
• There are some database errors which will cause the app to not play when some selections are made. To avoid these errors I suggest you try playing: Audio / Determiners / Cardinal Numbers or Audio / Verbs / Key Irregular Conjugations or Audio / Verbs / Common Verbs These provide good long word strings which should give ample opportunity to test for hang-ups Selecting, for example, Audio / Nouns / All will not work.
